Need help to identify this grass growing
On side walls of mud cliff of Yamuna ravine
Crushed leaves are aromatic
Location: Agra, U.P.
DOP: 17 November 19

Cymbopogon jwarancusa
In sanskrit, "jwara" means fever and "ancusa" means ankush=remove
So, this is a Cymbopogon which is having medicinal properties in relieving fever.
