Location: Eravikulam Rajamalai Munnar Idukki Kerala INDIA

Altitude: 7000fsl

Flower date: 13MAY2023, 04.10pm

Habitat: wild moisture rocky evergreen misty sloppy windy alpine

Plant habit: medium hemi-parasite obliquely branched, hard cylindrical stem 01.5 inches base circumference, rough silvery bark, purplish rusty sprouts, perennial

Height: 02 feet

Host tree: Maesa indica

Leaves: dicot opposite elliptic acute simple smooth glossy flexible wavy, size upto: 12×6cm

Flower: axillary spike inflorescence clustered diameter:10mm, purplish, non fragrant

Fruit: berry green into purple globular

Seed:
