Cassia fustula commonly kown as "Amaltash" in bengali we call it "Bandar lathi"

It is definetely Cassia fistula-Indian Labernum.

Cassia fistula.   In Kerala on the Vishu day (New Year) the flower is kept near Lord Guruvayurappan's photo.  Early morning  on the New year day all the children are taken blindfolded  near the photo  and the first thing  they see  is the flower, fruits,  Gold, light, mirror  and Lord Guruvayurappan.

Indeed a cultivar of Hibiscus rosasinensis we call it "Pancha Mukhi Jaba" in Bengali
