Yes, appears close to Zanthoxylum oxyphyllum as per image and references herein.

But Flora of China says leaves 11-19-foliolate, but I see only 9 leaflets.

As per keys in Flora of Bhutan at Zanthoxylum, it say 6 to 10 pairs of leaflets. but in the description it say 1 to 10 pairs (may be by mistake or printing mistake).

I also check other species as per these keys, but could t find match with any other species.

I think there may be 11 leaflets in some of the leaves.
