On 17/8/08 in Talakona forest, AP near Tirupati. Is it some Cassia species?

 It is a legume of some sort, but not a Cassia. Cassia have (usually) cylindrical pods with many seeds, not single-seeded samaras like the ones pictured.

 Hopefully someone can supply an ID.
