Aconitum sp from Chakrata
This small herb was seen both cultivated as well as wild
My id is Aconitum heterophyllum

So if this is the indigenous himalyan Aconitum..
it is most likely

Vatsanabha or Halahal (as in Halahal vish) of Ayurved ...

is it?
or is the ayurvedic vatsanambha a different species?

another synonym of vatsanabha , I think...
a ferox and a. heterphylla are both mentioned in the siddha and Ayurveda...

It is a shade loving plant. Aconite is a Homeopathic medicine also.
