Are they poisonous?

This is a Zingiber species and i dont think it is poisonous!!

it is Zingiber cernuum Dalz. in Hook., Kew J. Bot. 4:342. 1852----

'Zingiber cernuum' is called 'Ran ale' 'रान आले' in Marathi.
