Herb on way from Amarnath cave to Balatal base camp in J&K on 9.7.26 at around 11000 ft to say 12000 ft. It was growing with other plants on a slope along the trek route.
The images are not clear because the herbs were unreachable and many were growing together in the sloping area.
Maybe Pedicularis pectinata.
