Amaranthus ¿ viridis OR caturus ?

Dear friends,
 
Amaranth plant growing (07 DEC 08) in untended area of building premises (Vaghbil, Thane)
Height about 40 - 50 cm
 
Looks like Amaranthus caturus -- referencing pictorially: http://iscmumbai.maharashtra.gov.in/floristic%20survey.html (Floristic Survey of Institute of Science)
Could be A. viridis -- the plant bears no spines.
 
ID please.
