Kindly identify the plant. 
Date: 3rd August 2011.
Location: Paddar valley district Kishtwar J&K.
Altitude: 3200 meters asl.
Plant height: 50-70 cms
Plant habit/habitat: Wild herb

According to eflora link provided by Garg ji it is found upto 1500 m but Paddar is 3200 m adjacent to Ladakh. Has it been reported at this altitude before?
