Please ID wild plant, kind regards, Sam.
Location: bloomed at Amritsar Railway Station Punjab INDIA
Altitude: 770fsl
Flower date: 15APR2023, 12.55pm
Habitat: wild moisture wasteland
Plant habit: shrub, erect, branches, semi hard cylindrical stem 08 inches base circumference, silverish old bark, latex, strange smelling, perennial
Height: 02 meters
Leaves: opposite elliptic acute fleshy soft smooth flexible size upto:15×10cm
Flower: axillary/terminal umbel inflorescence, 04 petals, diameter:25mm, white with violet shade, non fragrant
Fruit:
