It may be Himalaiella peguensis (C. B. Clarke) Raab-Straube as per Flora of China, FoC illustration and POWO specimen and GBIF specimen.

I think it is the lower portion of Himalaiella deltoidea (DC.) Raab-Straube only.

Your book link says 'Lower leaves lyrate-pinnatifid, with terminal lobe deltoid-hastate.

Pl. see GBIF specimens and Himalaiella deltoidea (DC.) Raab-Straube

I could not find anything closer even from species listed in Flora of China.
