Tree ID Need help with this tree

Dear all,
I saw this tree near ITC Flyover, Cox Town, Bangalore. 
Do you see the white bugs/infection on it? I've added photos and videos in this album link.

.
Also, wanted to know if this a Ficus family or Magnolia. Please help.

Dear all,
I saw this tree near in Nandi Hills, 40kms from Bangalore City today.
    The red leaves are the fresh leaves,           will turn green soon.

The white spots on it is soft and squishy. Is it a disease?

I think appears close to the images at Schleichera oleosa
