Keys in Flora of Bhutan at Vitaceae‎ lead me to Cissus (there is only Cissus elongata Roxb. with palmately 5-foliate leaves) or Cyphostemma (I do not know if there is any species in your area).
Pl. check images at Cissus elongata

I think Cissus elongata Roxb. is the best bet. It is distributed in Bhutan, India (Darjeeling, Assam, Meghalaya), Bangladesh, Myanmar [Burma] (Kachin, Sagaing), China (Guangxi, Hainan, Yunnan), Sikkim, Andamans as per Catalogue of Life (Cissus elongata subsp. elongata)
