Yes Saroj ji.  This is a common garden plant seen in almost all house gardens  in this part of South India.  Flowers used for worship and to make "kannukappu" in Kannada   (natural eyelash  liner  ) .  I have this plant and another  hybrid variety of this species.  It has many other medicinal properties.

Dear Saroj ji,
If any Nepali name for this plant, please help.
In Flora of Assam Vol. III, it lists one Nepali name in their locale as "bon-khorsani"  ... perhaps written as बन खोर्सानि ban khorsaani.
