Found this plant inside a rural drain, maybe Impatiens balsamina L. (maybe something other).

Thanks Paradesi ji, it is the only species described in the "Bengal Plants" and ornamental as well as kind of wild. Once you plant a single plant and forget about it, it will create a colony eventually.
