It is almost impossible to identify this without dissection and I am surprised to see it flowering now if it is sinensis.

Spiranthes sinensis, Spiranthes sinensis var. amoena, S. spiralis snd S. himalayensis ! One of them !

According to my earlier comment on spiranthes this should be Spiranthes australis (R.Br.) Lindl.
