I am adding the simplest procedure to decrease the size of your photo.
1. Open a photo with Windows photo gallery.
2. At the top right hand panel see a button OPEN click it now you see an array of programs now click PAINT.
3. the picture opens with the PAINT now just do select all (Ctrl+ A) and give a Right click you find and option RESIZE/SCREW click it a small window will appear now see the you can put the size you want click OK your size decrease .
4. Now just close it and save it.
5. Now to you see a small picture on white page when you views by Windows photo gallery. Click the FIX button on the top panel and you see a toolbar opens on the right side you will find there CORP button click it and CROP the photo and it will turn to a reasonably big size image.
