    On close-up it looks like Garuga pinnata locally called Kakkad.

... it must be Garuga.pinnata ... kakad (Marathi: काकड), kharpat (Hindi: खरपात) and since found in most parts of India, it has names in most of Indic languages.

   In Llannea coromandlica, as Mr.Mahadeshwara Swamy wrote - 'The inflorescence will be  wiry,  downy , hanging down' and also the bark is much lighter [as compared to Garuga pinnata pictured here].
