Hi all,
shot this flower at Nagla Block. This flower is actually sprouting on branching shrub and is seen along the moist forests near sea coast ( Which Nagle Block, SGNP is ), flowers are sometimes yellow/pink.
 
Common Name: Jungle Flame
Local Name: Rukmini/Pendgul
Sci. Name: Ixora coccinea
Flowering: Throughout the year.

this is Ixora sps. we also get white flowers along with yellow and pink.
its a ornamental plat now the hybrid varieties are also available.
they are short with small flowers than wild
