yes,  Parasol plant , a lamiaceae 

or popularly known in Florida as a cup and saucer plant
the color i remember was orangish red flowers
not this bright dark red, blood like color

when i first saw it almost 40 years it was in a nursery Florida near the highway on the way to Miami
it was so unique we all were impressed and remember to this day .

but were sad when locally, and this unique plant , later escaped and became weedy

MY question, ANKUSH
is this an isolated plant
or is it part of a colony?

Only single plant of mentioned species is
Growing on bank of small pond.
