For a moment, yes, but I was wrong. These two are very similar, except for seed size and that the marginal teeth on the capsule are very prominent in D. odonocarpa. Around Pokhara D. macrocapnos ssp. echinosperma is very common, and it sometimes has weak teeth on the capsule.
