Garg ji,
As per this website the differences between two species are given below
1. Guzmania lingulata

Guzmania lingulata is one of the most common types of Guzmania plants. It has glossy green leaves that form a rosette, with a bright red or orange flower spike that emerges from the center. The flower spike can last for several months, and the plant can grow up to 2 feet tall.

2. Guzmania monostachia

Guzmania monostachia is another popular type of Guzmania plant. It has narrow green leaves that curl at the tips, with a red or yellow flower spike that grows from the center. The flower spike can last for several weeks, and the plant can grow up to 1 foot tall.

You can see narrow leaves with curved tips in my plant.
