Looks close to Clerodendrum serratum seen in Maharashtra esp. western ghats.

I think you got it correct!


and here is the key (Flora of Pakisthan) to differentiate this genus from Clerodendron 

Inflorescence usually umbellate cymes. Fruiting calyx conspicuously accrescent...........................................Clerodendrum
Inflorescence elongate, racemiform. Fruiting calyx not accrescent......................................................................Caryopteris
