Valley of Flowers ... about 11500 ft
Dear friends, ID please.
Habitat: sloping meadow
Habit: shrub, about 3 - 4 m high; fruit about 2 - 2.5 cm across (not sure)

Sorbus aucuparia (inflorescence branches and leaves beneath glabrous) or S. foliolosa (infl and leaves below red tomentose). 

Close up of leaf or infl should help.

This appears close to Sorbus foliolosa (Wall.) Spach as per images and details herein.
