The moss in the photograph is not a Philonotis sp. but is certainly a Bryum sp., probably B. uliginosum. It is not possible to identify bryophytes with just field photographs. Hope this helps.

The plants belongs to Acrocarpus moss and May be the family Mniaceae for final confirmation need to see the specimens for microdetails
