Grass for Id- Pangong Tso to Chang La

On the way from Pangong Tso (14000 ft) to Chang La (17600 ft) in 18.6.22 in Ladakh.
I have seen mormot eating this grass.

Its not a grass but a Sedge - Cyperaceae of genus Carex or Kobresia

These pictures are of Poa koelzii. The three pictures in the earlier post were of Cyperaceae - the inflorescence is different and borne on peduncles having triangular cross section.
