I think this is Aeonium sp. (Crassulaceae)

No Sachinji, it is growing in a pot  containing soil.

Dear Sachin Ji ,
As suggested by me and Rasinjam Ji this Aeonium sp (probably Aeonium arboreum) from the family Crassulaceae and not Pistia sp which is form Araceae (a monocot family).

It is indeed Aeonium arboreum.
