Gamochaeta pensylvanica (Willd.) Cabrera (Gnaphalium pensylvanicum Willd.; Gnaphalium purpureum auct.) from Delhi

Location- Place, Altitude, GPS-  Vikas Puri, New Delhi, 213 m asl

Habitat- Garden/ Urban/ Wild/ Type- Weed of cultivated fields, waste places

Plant Habit- Tree/ Shrub/ Climber/ Herb- Annual herb

Height/Length- up to 25 cm tall, slightly branched

Leaves Type/ Shape/ Size- Simple, spathulate, white tomentose especially on lower surface

Inflorescence Type/ Size- capitula in short clusters,

Flowers Size/ Colour/ Calyx/ Bracts- involucre bracts with white hairs

Fruits Type/ Shape/ Size Seeds- cypsella, pappus hairs white,

Other Information like Fragrance, Pollinator, Uses etc.-
