There are two valid names as per Plant List (http://www.theplantlist.org/tpl/search?q=Eragrostis+tenella)

Eragrostis tenella (L.) Roem. & Schult.	Synonym		WCSP
Eragrostis tenella Nees	Synonym		TRO

Which you are talking about ?
