Habitat: Rock forest area/dry deciduous forest
Habit: Tree, 8-9 ft 
Spines present, photographs of leaves not available
Some forest staff's called 'Thor' / E. cauducifolia.
Pls identify?

Yes, it appears close to Euphorbia caducifolia.
