No, it's not Cucurbitaceae

Sida cordata only
it's not climber also, I hope  Alok Ji made a mistake; its prostrate herb with some times with trailing branches only, if they have the support that time only branches seems to be trailing shrub otherwise it,s prostrate herb.

You are right. Not a climber. Only ends of the branches appear like tendrils.

Sida cordata is the same as Sida cordifolia?

No, sir, Sida cordifolia is an erect herb or undershrub, up to 1 m only,  entire densely tomentose.
           S.  Cordata is prostrate or trailing( if they have support only) herb. up to 2 m, entire hairy.
