I think looks different from images of Clerodendrum poggei at

To me appears to be close to images at Clerodendrum × speciosum Dombrain

Hi, Saroj ji,
There are three species with the name Clerodendrum speciosum as per Catalogue of Life:
Clerodendrum speciosum W.Bull  (a Hybrid taxon: C. splendens × C. thomsoniae)- we are talking of this here.

The link POWO you have given is of Clerodendrum speciosum Gürke, nom. illeg. ambiguous synonym for Clerodendrum poggei Gürke, a different species as you can see from the specimens in your link at POWO
