I think this is:
Apocynaceae » Kopsia fruticosa (syn. Cerbera fruticosa), commonly known as: pink gardenia, pink kopsia, shrub vinca
Native to Myanmaar, known in Burmese as kopsia merah

This is not Holarrhena, but Kopsia sp.
