Great efforts and nice pic dear Dinesh ji.
Both Malayalam and English names are correct.  However, ചാവി chavi is mainly used for 🗝️ key.

Thanks very much, Sam ji, for the appreciation, and for validating the Malayalam names and their English spellings.

About ചാവി chavi is mainly used for 🗝️ key is quite logical, because the plant is rare, not well known, not of much ethno-commercial use.

Since you pointed out that most Malayalis would think of "ചാവി chavi" as key, I found on internet that it is a loanword from Portuguese.
It is used by the following languages:
  • Konkani (Goan): चावी (Chavi)
  • Marathi: चावी (Chavi)
  • Hindi / Urdu: चाबी / چابی (Chabi)

Regards.
Dinesh
