Wow! So beautiful. I am attaching a picture of a plant with similar looking leaves. Is this the same plant. Has never flowered so far.

Thanks for the appreciation Madhuriji!

Your plant is not a Paphiopedilum (Orchidaceae). Rather its an Araceae member...probably Dieffenbachia.
