Help ID please: Prostrate Herb with tiny bell flower

Found this  prostrate herb growing  in open areas , along with Glinus.o ,
 in outskirts of Chennai.,( month of August).
The tiny white bell flowers are about 3 mm long.

Pls help with ID, Thanks and regards

Nice pictures. It is Dentella repens of Rubiaceae.
