On 16/8/08 in Talakona forest, AP. Appears to be some Malvaceae member. It was a smallish tree or a large shrub on the high sloping banks of a river, along a narrow pathway.

Hello,
It appears to be Gossypium spp.

It looks like some species of Hibiscus. The leaveslook similar to H. mutabilis, and flowers like H.moscheutos
