Acaca auriculiformis.
the leaves are actually the phyloclades and not actual leaves.
apperar like the ear hence the sps name.

The tree looks to be of Earleaf acacia (Australian babul) - Acacia auriculiformis

A NON NATIVE TREE called as Australian Acacia widely planted by forest departments in Konkan.
Acacia auriculiformis. It is a native of Australia Indonesia New guinea etc
