Hymenodictyon orixense (Roxb.) Mabb., must be planted by Mr Shekhar Gaikwad, Nashik with vernacular name "Bhorsal".

Yes. Absolutely correct. 
Planted by Mr Shekhar Gaikwad, who has been doing a lot of tree planting in and around Nasik.
