Hello all
this spiny under shrub was observed at Bhandardhara hill and also in
scrub forest at Ahmednagar in November.
the leaves look like that or Argemone, but has long spnes on it. the
flowers in a globoe heads which is also full of spines.

please help in ID.

Looks like Echinops sp.

i searched in Cooke flora. it is Echinops echinatus -Asteraceae

Yes Satish ji, it is Echinops echinatus (Kate-chendu in Marathi).
