I am not getting sure about Pueraria montana var. thomsonii as per keys in Flora of Mizoram as per POWO specimens- one and two and GBIF specimens. 

May I request you to pl. post high res. images to further check the details.

May be close as per

Also observations at Pueraria montana var. lobata appear quite similar, but different as per keys at Flora of China, 

Both occur in NE India as per POWO.
