Can it be Sweitenia mahogany?

Could this be Harpullia arborea (Blanco) Radlk.? of Sapindaceae.

I will go with Shrikant Ji this plant is indeed Harpullia zanguebarica (Syn: Majidea zanguebarica) the velvet seed tree.
