Clerodendrum for ID

This plant was photographed from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia seems to be some species of Clerodendrum. Experts may please comment on..--

I checked with the Verbenaceae revision by Rajendran & Daniel. Though the keys are leading to C. heterophyllum, your plant is not matching to any of the Indian species of Clerodendrum. So, pl. refer to the regional floras of your area, and tell us the id.
