One more observation is that they grow tall within short period,

Geeta ji...

Please verify wether the plant has the milky latex...(with care..)If so, then seems to be  Sapium sp. , mostly, Sapium insigne.

I'm sorry for this delay,Please forgive ! first six picture are taken at Borivli shortcut way having cemented flooring,
last three picture are of the plant grown at Footpath where the beautification is left half hazardly, so this plant is seen growing with Peeple tree shoots & such other plants,
attached pix for your reference, I'm unable to comment on them also checked the following sites but no luck at my side,
Plant near railway track are not seen, may be uprooted during the work at that site,
One observation :have seen giant snails [was told they are african snails] in group of 8 also,
on this plant at borivli, will catch them if they found this time again,
Hope this helps in confirming the ID,
can take up more photoes if advisable,
sorry for the inconveniences, if any
Bye bye,
geeta

Geeta ji, not sure of the context in which you uploaded the 9 photos ... is it for comparing with the photo uploaded by Chandrima ji ?
Regards.
