Wedelia texana is not listed in CoL and POWO. However, it is listed in The Plant List but distribution is not shown in GCC (nom. inval.).

I think posted plant may be Sphagneticola calendulacea (Linnaeus) Pruski as per comparative images at Sphagneticola
