Kindly help with the ID of this Poaceae species.

Habit: Herb with Reddish-pink colored spikelets 

Habitat: Dry rocky slopes

Flowering time: Autumn 

Location: Kangra, H.P. Alt: 1500+ m

Date: Mid-October 2023
