Dear friend,
                    I was privileged to see some 50 Leopard Lace wing emerging from pupa in last two months. I observed
                    ( a ) Butterflies emerging in November and early December come out around 10AM and fly by 12PM or so. Number of males and females were       
                            evenly distributed.
                    ( b ) Butterfly emerging in December end and January were coming out  at about 1 PM and fly by 11AM on the next day.
                            They were mostly male.
                    Attaching an image of a newly released male Leopard Lace Wing  visiting flowers of Dracaena fragrans.

To me it looks different from Dracaena elliptica as per

I feel it may be Dracaena angustifolia as per

Sessile leaves means Dracaena angustifolia.
