Euphorbia ??

Dear All,

Yesterday on 12th dec 2021, I saw this plant on Kalasubai peak, which is the hightest peak of Maharashtra, at elevation of 1600m. Please help me in identifying its sub-species.

Yes saw the other images on eflora for comparison, and I think it is Euphorbia Elegans, but needs confirmation.
