Hi
sharing the image of an Elephant apple tree (Dillenia indica) taken at Narendrapur near Kolkata city.
The fruits of this tree are large, and are used in Bengal for making tasty pickles.
We call the fruit Chalta in Bengali.

regards
Shantanu  :)
